保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变1、2级临床疗效观察

目的探讨保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)1、2级的疗效。方法 2009年6月至2011年6月在我院门诊将病理学诊断为CIN1、2级患者随机分为2组,观察组76例,其中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)高危亚型感染60例,用保妇康栓进行治疗;对照组38例,其中HPV高危亚型感染26例,患者仅进行观察不做治疗。两种患者于用药结束3个月后均进行TCT和HPV复查。结果应用保妇康栓治疗3个疗程后,观察组中,64例(83.9%)CIN转阴,对照组中有12例(31.6%)CIN转阴。两组治疗CIN的有效性相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。应用保妇康栓治疗后,观察组中有46例(76.7%)HPV高危亚型转为阴性,而在对照组中只有10例(38.5%)HPV高危亚型转阴,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用保妇康栓治疗CIN1、2级是安全有效的,适于临床应用。

Baofukang Suppository in the Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia1, 2 Grade Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective To investigate the Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） 1,2 level of efficacy.Methods From 2009 June to 2011 June in our hospital clinic pathology diagnosis for CIN1,2 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group 76 cases,in which the human papilloma virus（HPV） high-risk subtype infection in 60 cases,with Baofukang suppository for treatment;38 cases in the control group,in which HPV high-risk subtype infection in 26 cases,in which patients were observed without treatment.Results The application of Baofukang suppository after 3 courses of treatment,treatment group,64 cases（83.9%） CIN negative,in the control group,12 cases（31.6%） CIN negative.The two group treated with CIN compared the effectiveness of the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Application of Baofukang suppository after treatment,the observation group in 46 cases（76.7%） of HPV high-risk subtypes to negative,while in the control group only 10 patients（38.5%） HPV highrisk subtypes overcast,the two groups were compared the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The application of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of CIN1,level 2 is safe and effective,suitable for clinical application.
