| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑立体定向CT定位卵圆孔在射频毁损治疗三叉神经痛的应用。方法对155例原发三叉神经痛患者采用反戴立体定向仪CT定位对三叉神经半月节射频毁损术。结果 151例患者术后疼痛立即消失,有效率97.4%,并发症12例。结论 CT立体定向技术为定位穿刺靶点提供了客观依据,避免了穿刺的盲目性,提高了穿刺的准确性和治疗效果,降低了并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia guided by foramen oval CT stereotactic.Methods The foramen oval was localized under CT scan and penetrated guided by CT stereotactic.155 patients was treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Results Successful penetrations and satisfied outcomes were observed in 151 patients when guided by CT stereotactic.The complication was 7.7%.Conclusion It may afford guidance and avoid blindness when penetrate by CT stereotactic.Higher successful and better ... |
