灯盏细辛注射液对糖尿病肾病活性氧的影响

目的:探讨灯盏细辛注射液对糖尿病肾病活性氧的作用及机制。方法:将糖尿病肾病患者按自愿原则分为灯盏细辛注射液治疗组和对照组,观察血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:治疗前,两组T-SOD、GSH-Px、MDA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,灯盏细辛注射液治疗组T-SOD、GSH-Px较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),MDA较非治疗组明显降低(P<0.01)。灯盏细辛注射液治疗组尿蛋白定量较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者细胞抗氧化能力明显降低,而灯盏细辛注射液通过升高SOD、GSH-Px活性而抑制活性氧的产生和膜脂质过氧化,具有延缓肾小球硬化的作用。

Effect of Breviscapin Injection on Reactive Oxygen Species of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the effect of breviscapin on active oxygen of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Method: The patients of DN were divided into treatment group and control group. The changes of serum T-SOD (total superoxide dismutase) , GSH-Px (glutathione peroxidase) and MDA (malondialdehyde) were observed. Result: Before treatment, serum T-SOD, GSH-Px and MDA had no significant difference between treatment group and control group. After treatment, Serum T-SOD and GSH-Px were increased and MDA was decreased significantly in treatment group compared with those in control group( <0.01). Conclusion: Antioxidant ability of cells are deceased in DN. Breviscapin can relieve the renal tissue lipid peroxidantion for improving activeness of SOD and GSH-Px, possess the effect of delaying glomerulosclerosis.
