| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺治疗支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)的作用机理.方法:慢性持续期、缓解期哮喘患者,针刺治疗主要穴位有:列缺、鱼际、曲池、足三里、三阴交、太溪等,体现了中医宣肺健脾益肾的治疗原则.针刺治疗前后15min检测肺功能与心率变异性(HRV)频域指标.结果:针刺治疗后哮喘患者的肺功能出现明显改善,HRV测定表明机体植物神经的调节功能得到加强.结论:针刺治疗对提高哮喘患者的肺功能具有显著即刻效应,其作用机理可能与机体植物神经调节作用的改善有关.

Immediate Effects of Acupuneture on the Pulmonary Function and Heart Rate Variability with Bronchial Asthma |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the mechanism of acupuncture for treatment of Bronchial asthma.Methods:Bronchial asthma of 17 cases of persisitent and relaxation time,acupuncture of lieque(LU7),Yuji(Lu 10),Quchi(Lt 11),Zusanli(ST36),Taixi(k13),et al.The plulmonary function and heart rate variability(HRV)should be detected 15 min before and after acupucture.Results:After acupuncture all the index of the pulmonary function had raised significantly,and the regulative action on HRV in the vegetative nervous system had improved.Conclusion:The cupuncture has immediately effects on improving the pulmonary function of the bronchial asthma,perhaps the mechanism has sth.to do with regulative action in the vegetative nervous system which has been improved. |
