| 摘 要： | 目的:观察生长激素促进心脏术后胃肠功能恢复的效果.方法:需要手术治疗的心脏病患者46例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在术后第1d开始小剂量皮下注射生长激素,气管插管拔除后二组均立即口服内装不透X线标志物胶囊1粒,分别于24、48及72h摄腹部X线平片.结果:治疗组胃肠传输时间明显缩短,与对照组相比差异显著(P＜0.01).结论:生长激素对心脏术后胃肠功能恢复有显著疗效.

Active effect of growth hormone on gastronintestinal in patients after cardiac operations |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the active effect of growth hormone on gastronintestinal in patients after cardiac operations.Methods Forty-six patients with heart disease who needed operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received small dose of growth hormone under skin on the first day after operation.Randiopaque markers were given orally to two groups once after taking out the air tube socket with functional constipation.Then plain X-ray examinations were taken in 24,48and 72 hours.Results The marker content was significantly shorter than that in controls.There was significant difference in the last time of controls(P<0.01).Conclusion Growth hormone has significant effect on gastronintestinal in patients after cardiac operations. |
