| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期甲状腺癌再手术的原因,选择合理的手术方式。方法对46例甲状腺癌再手术的资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组46例接受再次手术。再次手术发现总的残癌率(1/46)为原发部位残癌。结论甲状腺癌的误诊是造成甲状腺癌再次手术治疗的主要原因,提高术者对甲状腺癌的认识水平,强调术中快速冰冻病检在甲状腺手术中的常规应用,选用恰当的手术方式与手术时机,减少癌转移扩散机会,提高患者的生活质量和生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the reasons of re-operation and select reasonable operative method of thyroid carcinoma in early stage.Methods The clinical materials of 46 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively.Results The residual carcinoma rate was 1/46(primary carcinoma) in second operation.Conclusion The misdiagnosis might be main reason to make the re-operation.The enhanced recognition,biopsy during operation,proper operative method and reduce of metastasis might improve the life quality and survival rate. |
