摘    要:目的:研究进驻不同海拔高度青年士兵生化全项的变化;方法:随机挑选进入高原士兵20名,在海拔1300m,2900m和4400m处空腹静脉取血,进行血液生化全项检测。随海拔升高,心肌酶谱增加,海拔2900m和130m,4400m和2900m比较呈非常显著性差异性或显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);结论:随海拔升高对人体血液生化指标显示心肌酶轻度升高,而肝功、肾功、电解质及血糖无明显异常变化。

Abstract:To invastigate the changes of blood biochemical reaction in young soldiers,who exposed primarily to various altitude from sea level,to understand the problems of adaptatiion of high altitude stress.Method:20 healthy subjects,who were born in sea level,were randomly choosen in study.The level of blood biochemical index were measured separately using fasting vein blood at 1 300m,2 900m and 4 400m altitude expossure.Results:The level of enzymogram of cardiac muscule was increased ( P<0.01 or P<0.05) with large height of altitude.The function of liver,kidney,electrolyte,blood sugar andplasma permeative pressure had not significantly changes.Conclusion:High altitude hypoxia may associated with the function of heart when the young soldiers acutively exposed to various altitude.There is a slight effect of hypoxic stress on other orgens such as liver and kidney in this report.
