乳腺良恶性肿块的超声鉴别

摘    要:目的探讨超声在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法用二维超声观察肿块的声像图特征,运用彩色多普勒及能量多普勒观察乳腺肿块的血流情况,做出超声诊断后与术后病理诊断作对照,从而对超声在乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的准确性进行评价。结果病理结果33例良性,35例恶性,高频二维超声和彩色多普勒联合应用诊断乳腺肿瘤的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为85.7%、91.2%、91.5%。结论超声对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值较高,可做为乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断的首选检查方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in diagnosing the benign and malignant tumor. Methods The ultrasonography feature of the tumor was observed by two - dimensional ultrasound. The situation of blood stream of breast tumor was observed by using colorful Doppler and energy Doppler. The ultrasound diagnosis was compared with the pathology after surgery and then the accuracy of diagnosing breast tumor by ultrasound was evaluated. Results Pathology: Thirty -three cases are benign and thirty-five malignant. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 85.7%, 91.2% ,91.5% respectively by combining high frequency 2D ultrasound and CDFI. Conclusions Ultrasound is of great value in diagnosing the benign and malignant tumor. It can be used as one of the best methods in identification of breast tumor.
