摘    要:目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与其预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)对1130例手术标本检测VEGF的表达状态。结果:1130例NSCLC石蜡标本中,VEGF阳性率为64%,不同p-TNM分期、淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织中,VEGF表达与NSCLC组织学类型和分化程度、p-TNM分期、淋巴结转移无明显相关性。多因素COX回归显示:VEGF是NSCLC患者预后的独立预测因子。VEGF阳性患者手术后死亡的相对危险度是VEGF阴性患者的2.10倍(似然比检验,P〈0.05)。结论:VEGF表达状态是NSCLC患者预后的独立预测因子,VEGF阳性表达的肺癌患者预后不良。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationships between the expression of VEGF and the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The expression of VEGF was determined by means of immunohistochemistry in 100 cases of tissues in NSCLC specimens.Results:The expression of VEGF in NSCLC was 64%,there was not significantly relationship between the expression of VEGF and histologic subtype,differentiation,p-TNM stage,and lymph nodal metastases(P>0.05).Multivariate analyses revealed that VEGF status was an independent prognostic factor of clinical outcome in NSCLC.The risk ratio of death was 2.10 fold of patients with VEGF positive expressed compared with those with VEGF negative expressed(P<0.05).Conclusion:VEGF status was an independent prognostic factor of clinical outcome in NSCLC.The prognosis in NSCLC patients with VEGF positive expressed is poor.
