| 摘 要： | 目的:查找一起学校群体性感染性腹泻的原因,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法:结合现场流行病学调查,采集粪便标本8份,肛试子标本2份、水标本1份进行诺如病毒、肠道致病菌检测。结果:8份粪便标本5份检测诺如病毒阳性,1份肛试子标本诺如病毒阳性,水标本诺如病毒GⅠ型,未检出致病菌。结论:确定本次事件是水源性诺如病毒感染性腹泻引起的暴发疫情,及时切断传染源,是控制疫情的有力措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate causes of school group infectious diarrhea to provide scientific basis for setting up prevention and control measures.Methods:8 fecal samples,2 anal swab samples and 1 water sample were collected and tested for norovirus and intestinal bacteria detection,combining with field epidemiological survey.Results:5 fecal samples were found positive in norovirus detection among 8 samples,and 1 anal swab sample was positive in norovirus detection,G I type of norovirus was found in water sample,and no pathogen was found.Conclusion:This infectious diarrhea was caused by waterborne norovirus infection.The effective measures to control the epidemic was to cut off the source of infection promptly. |
