规范心肺复苏抢救流程对医院抢救成功率的影响

目的:探讨规范心肺复苏抢救流程后,对医院抢救成功率的影响。方法:2008年3月～2008年7月进行规范化的心肺复苏培训,回顾分析2005年3月～2008年3月200例呼吸心跳骤停患者以及2008年8月～2011年8月200例心跳呼吸骤停的患者,分别为培训前组和培训后组;比较两组患者的复苏成功率;模拟考核心肺复苏抢救流程,采集固定的200名医护培训前后实施心肺复苏、除颤、气管插管的时间,设为对照组和实验组,比较两组统计学差异。结果:培训后组患者抢救成功率高于培训前组,实施心肺复苏、气管插管、除颤的时间短于对照组(均P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:规范化的心肺复苏抢救流程使抢救工作更加有效,为抢救患者生命赢得宝贵时间,提高了医院的抢救成功率。

Impact of standard rescue process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation on success rate of resuscitation in hospital

Objective To investigate the impact of standard rescue process for optimized procedural cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) on the success rate of resuscitation in hospital.Method 200 cardiopulmonary arrest patients who were retrospectively analyzed from March 2005 to March 2008 were assigned as posttrained group and 200 cardiopulmonary arrest patients from August 2008 to August 2011 were assigned as the pretrained group.The two groups were compared in respect of return of spontaneous circulation and survival rate.We simulated and checked on the rescue process of CPR.At the same time,we collected the data before and after training,including the time to start CPR,time for defibrillation and time for endotracheal intubation of fixed 200 medical care personnels,which were designed as the control and experimental groups.The two groups were compared with the statistical difference between each other.Results Survival rate of the posttrained group were higher than that of the pretrained group,time for CPR,time for defibrillation and time for endotracheal intubation in the posttrained group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard rescue process for optimized procedural cardiopulmonary resuscitation may be more effective,which can increase the success rate of resuscitation and reduce rescue time.
