2010年开平市人体肠道寄生虫病感染状况

目的通过对开平市人体肠道寄生虫的感染情况进行调查分析,为该市制定今后的人体寄生虫防治对策提供科学依据。方法采取改良加藤氏厚片检查调查对象粪便中肠道寄生虫卵,用透明胶纸肛拭子法检查蛲虫卵,并对检查结果进行分析。结果共调查1 002人,查出肠道寄生虫5种,共有93人,总感染率为9.28%,其中华支睾吸虫、钩虫、鞭虫、蛔虫和蛲虫的感染率分别为7.98%、0.20%、0.20%、1.10%和11.44%。结论经过多年的努力,开平市的寄生虫防治工作取得了显著的成效,但华支睾吸虫和蛲虫的感染率还很高,今后要加强这2种寄生虫的防治工作。

Infection Situation of Human Intestinal Parasites in Kaiping City in 2010
