胃肠宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究

目的：研究胃肠宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理。方法：对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎（ＵＣ）模型胃肠激素ＳＰ、ＶＩＰ含量、血液流变学、免疫功能、消炎、镇痛作用进行观察。结果：治疗组ＳＰ、ＶＩＰ较模型组明显降低；血液流变学指标全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积测定，治疗组较模型组降低；能明显抑制小鼠耳廊肿胀和大鼠关节肿胀；提高小鼠痛阈百分率；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬率；对外周免疫器官脾脏有明显影响。结论：胃肠宁具有抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环、调节胃肠激素、植物神经及免疫功能等作用。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TREATMENT OF ULCERATIVE COLITIS WITH WEICHANGNING

OBJECTIVE:To study the mechanism of active treatment on ulcerative colitis with Weichangning. METHODS:The gastrointestinal hormone SP and VIP content, blood rheology, immune function, anti inflammation and analgesia of an ulcerative colitis model were observed in rats. RESULTS:The SP and VIP content was evidently reduced in the treatment group compared to the model group; whole blood viscosity of blood rheology index, fibrinogen viscosity and packed cell volume were reduced in the treatment group as compared to the model group, which could evidently inhibit auricular swelling in mice and arthroncus in rats, raise the percentage of pain threshold, phagocytic index and rate of celiac macrophage and effect the spleen, the peripheral immune organ in mice. CONCLUSION:Weichangning can diminish inflammation, ease pain, improve microcirculation and regulate gastrointestinal hormone, the vegetative nerve and immune function.
