| 摘 要： | 本文采用随机分层抽样的方法调查了1988年和1989年四川省卫生部门县以上综合医院住院病人中损伤类疾病的治疗、构成现状,发现这类疾病在18大类疾病中占第三位;不同地区、不同医院构成差异也十分明显。认为社会齐抓共管实行综合防治是预防这类疾病的关键;建立急救网、培养专兼职队伍已是刻不容缓的大事。

| Abstract: | The authors, by means of randomly stratified sampling,make asurvey of the treatment,make-up and present situation of the inpa-tients with injurious diseases.The data of 1988 and 1989 are from thegeneral hospitals above county level in Sichuan province And the resultshows that,among the 18 main kinds of diseases,the injurious diseaseranks the third And the make-up is also quite different in different areas andhospitals They believe that,to prevent this kind of diseases,the mosteffective way is to have citizens all over the country join in the over-all prevention.It is extremely necessary to establish an emergency net-work and to train professional and part-time medical workers. |
