白酒中甲醇含量监测分析

目的了解石家庄市白酒中甲醇含量,指导消费者饮用安全。方法参照《蒸馏酒及配制酒卫生标准的分析方法》GB/T5009.48-2003应用气相色谱法对2006-2010年送检的410份白酒样品进行检测分析。结果 410份样品甲醇合格率98.29%。甲醇含量超标7份,均为散白酒,甲醇含量最高达54.3g/100mL。结论加强白酒质量的监督检测,对保障人民身体健康具有重要意义。

Monitoring and analysis of methanol residual volume in alcohol

Objective To understand the methanol residual volume in alcohol of Shijiazhuang,so as to provide guides for drinking.Method 410 wine samples between 2006 to 2010 were analyzed by using GC method according to Methods for analysis of hygienic standard of distilled wines and mixed wines,GB/T5009.48-2003.Results The qualified rate of methanol in wine was 98.29%,7 samples of wine were ultra standard in methanol content,all of the 7 samples were bulk wine,and the methanol content reached to 54.3g/100mL.Conclusions Supervision of the wine quality should be enhanced in the future,it has great significance to people’ s health.
