早期护理干预对产后抑郁症的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对产后抑郁症的影响。方法:选择2009年1月-2010年12月期间在我院分娩的产妇368例,随机分成对照组(160例)和观察组(208例),对照组给予产妇分娩常规护理处理,观察组在医院常规护理基础上加以系统的护理干预,包括产前教育、解释性心理疏导及产后行为干预。利用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)进行评分,观察产前1周、产后1周和6周的抑郁状况,分析两组之间的差异。结果:观察组产后抑郁发生率明显低于对照组(χ2=8.31,P<0.05)观察组产后1周及6周EPDS评分明显低于产前1周,并且低于同期对照组评分(P=0.032,P<0.05);对照组产后1周和6周EPDS评分明显高于产前1周。结论:对孕产期产妇进行系统的心理护理干预可减少产后抑郁症的发生,促进产后恢复,提高母婴和家庭生活质量。

Early Intervention of Postpartum Depression

Objective:To investigate the impact of nursing intervention for postnatal depression.Methods:In January 2009 to December 2010,368 cases of maternal birth in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(160 cases) and observation group(208 cases),the control group given maternity routine care treatment in the observation group routine hospital care on the basis of them the system of nursing interventions,including prenatal education,explanatory psychological counseling and postnatal behavioral interventions.Using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS) score,the effect of prenatal one week,one week and six weeks postpartum depression status,analysis of the differences between the two groups.Results:The observation group of postpartum depression were significantly lower than the control group(χ2=8.31,P<0.05) and observe the group one week after delivery and six weeks EPDS score was significantly lower than prenatal one week and less than the same period in the control group score(P=0.032,P<0.05);the control group one week after delivery and six weeks EPDS score was significantly higher than prenatal one week.Conclusion:Antenatal maternal psychological care interventions can reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression,promote postpartum recovery,and improve the quality of maternal and family life.
