鼻腔中部异常结构矫正术在慢性鼻炎治疗的应用研究

目的:探讨有结构异常的慢性鼻炎的手术治疗方法并评价其效果。方法:将62例鼻中部解剖结构变异及黏膜病变的慢性鼻炎患者按手术意愿分为两组:实验组34例,采用鼻腔中部异常结构矫正术治疗;对照组28例,采用耳鼻咽喉科微波治疗仪治疗。治疗上两组均给予对症处理,随访半年以上。结果:实验组术后3、6、12、18个月时的有效率分别为50.00%、82.35%、91.18%、94.12%;无1例并发症出现。对照组术后3、6、12、18个月时的有效率分别为89.29%、85.71%、46.43%、39.29%。出现不同程度的并发症18例,术后3个月时对照组有效率显著高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月时两组有效率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12、18个月时实验组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纠正鼻腔病变能有效解除慢性鼻炎临床症状,恢复鼻腔正常生理功能,中远期效果好。

Central Abnormal Structure Nasal Surgery Treatment of Chronic Rhinitis Application

Objective:To investigate the structural abnormalities of the surgical treatment of chronic rhinitis and to evaluate its effectiveness.Methods:62 cases of nasal anatomical variation in central and mucosal lesions in patients with chronic rhinitis by surgery will be divided into two groups:experimental group,34 patients with abnormal structure of the middle nasal surgery treatment;the control group 28 cases,the use of microwave apparatus otolaryngology treatment.Treatment groups were given symptomatic treatment,follow-up more than six months.Results:The 3,6,12,18 months after the effective rate was 50.00%,82.35%,91.18%,94.12%;no complications occurred in 1 case.The control group were 3,6,12,18 months of the effective rate was 89.29%,85.71%,46.43%,39.29%.With varying degrees of complications in 18 patients.After 3 months in the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups after 6 months there was no statistical difference between the efficiency of significance(P>0.05);12,18 months after the experimental group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Can be corrected effectively relieve nasal disease clinical symptoms of chronic rhinitis,restore normal physiological function of the nasal cavity,the long-term effect.
