胺碘酮治疗43例冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨使用胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床效果及不良反应,以供临床参考使用。方法:将我院2010年4月-2011年10月收治的冠心病室性心律失常患者86例作为本次实验的研究对象。将患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上给予胺碘酮治疗,比较两组患者治疗2个月后的疗效。结果:实验组患者治疗后,其总有效率为90.70%(39/43);对照组患者总有效率为76.74%(33/43),实验组总有效率高于对照组,经统计学分析,χ2=5.84,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对冠心病室性心律失常的患者给予胺碘酮辅助治疗可以取得更好的治疗效果,且给药方便,用药安全。

Amiodarone Clinical Observation of 43 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Ventricular Arrhythmias

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmias and adverse reactions,used for clinical reference.Methods:Coronary heart disease patients with ventricular arrhythmias were treated in our hospital from April 2010 to October 2011 to 86 cases as the object of this experiment.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional therapy,the experimental group patients given amiodarone treatment in the control group on the basis of the two groups were compared the efficacy in the treatment two months later.Results:The experimental group after treatment,the total effective rate of 90.70%(39/43);patients in the control group total effective rate was 76.74%(33/43),the experimental group,the total efficiency higher than that in the control group,the statistical analysis χ2=5.84,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease patients given adjuvant treatment of amiodarone can be achieved better therapeutic effect,and convenient administration,drug safety.
