血清TNF水平与2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松关系的初探

目的探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者骨质疏松的关系。方法测定74例T2DM患者及46例年龄、体质量指数(BMI)相匹配的健康对照者的骨矿物质密度(BMD)、血清骨钙素(BGP)、抗酒石酸磷酸酶(TRAP)、尿羟脯氨酸(HOP)及TNF水平,2组进行比较。结果T2DM患者较对照组的BMD显著降低,血清BGP水平明显低于对照组(P<0·01);TRAP、尿HOP、TNF显著高于对照组(P<0·05),TNF与BMD呈显著负相关。结论T2DM患者BMD降低,其原因与TNF水平升高有一定关系。

The investigation on relationship between levels of TNF in serum of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis

Objective To investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the development of osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The bone mineral density(BMD) was determined with dual energy X-ray absorptionmetry(DEXA) in 74 patients with T2DM and 46 cases of age and body mass index(BMI) matched controls. Serum osteocalcin,tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP), hydroxyprolin(HOP) and TNF were measured and compared in two groups. Results The BMD in patients with T2DM markedly decreased and serum osteocalcin was significantly lower than that of controls(P<0.01),but serum TRAP, urinary HOP, TNF were significantly higher than those of controls.The changes of BMD were markedly negative correlated with TNF. Conclusions There is a higher morbidity of osteoporosis in patients with T2DM, and the increased expression of TNF promotes the bone resorption,which leads to the decrease of bone mineral density.
