小鼠体重对睡眠实验的影响

摘    要:目的了解体重对睡眠实验的影响。方法使用雌性昆明种小鼠,采用《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)中的改善睡眠功能检验方法。用蒸馏水按20 ml/kg.bw,每天经口灌胃1次,连续30 d。于末次灌胃15min后,按10 ml/kg.bw腹腔注射相同剂量的戊巴比妥钠,记录30 min内入睡动物数。实验结束后,收集相关数据进行统计处理,分析体重与睡眠的相关性。结果在戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验中,轻体重小鼠的入睡率为27.0%,重体重小鼠的入睡率为2.3%,其入睡率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论体重轻的小鼠比体重重的对戊巴比妥钠更为敏感,其阈下剂量中的催眠率显著增加。

Abstract:Objective To understand the influence of mouse body weight to sleep experiment.Method The female mice of Kunming species were adopted to have the administration of distill water(20 ml/kg bw) by gavage daily for 30 days according to the testing method of improving sleep function designated in "Technical Standard of Health Food Test and Evaluation".15 minutes after the last perfusion,same dosage of pentobarbital sodium in solution(10 ml/kg bw) were administrated by intraperitonea injection,and the number of mice falling asleep was recorded.After the experiment,the data were conducted to analyze the association between body weight and sleep.Result During the hypnotic experiment of pentobarbital sodium under threshold dosage,the rate of falling asleep of mice with lower body weight was 27.0%,and rate of mice with higher body weight was 2.3%.The difference between rates had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The mice with lower body weight were more sensitive to pentobarbital sodium than the ones with higher body weight,and their hypnotic rate was significantly higher.
