Abstract: | Summary An Institute of Grocery Distribution initiative on food labelling has recently addressed two areas of public concern – the presence of allergens in foods and general food safety. Voluntary Guidelines on Labelling, developed by cross-sector working groups in these areas, have recently been published and are briefly summarised in this paper. |
