速释硝苯地平微丸的研究

摘    要: 报道了用硝苯地平(Nf)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)制成固体分散体后滚制成Nf微丸的新工艺。Nf微丸与市售片剂的溶出度试验表明:其体外累积溶出百分率经0.5h分别为80%和≤5%,经Beagle犬口服两剂型的自身对照试验表明,微丸组犬体内血药达峰时明显加快(T_(max)=1h),生物利用度也有显著提高。

Abstract:A new technique was used to prepare nifedipine pellets by spheronization of sohddispersion of nifedipine(Nf),PVP and some other ingredients,The dissolution rates of Nf pelletsand market Nf tablets were 80%and≤5%respectively,Shorter Tmax and bigger AUC wereproven obviously by pharmacokinetic experiments in Beagles which took the Nf pellets as com-pared with the group of taking the Nf tablets.
