| 摘 要： | 目的采用浊度法研究测定氯霉素其制剂效价的方法。方法以大肠杆菌为试验菌，加菌量1．2％～1．5％（V／V），（37±0．5）℃培养4h左右测定。结果抗生素线性浓度为2．5～11．5u/ml，一剂量法片剂的平均心收率为100．7％，RSD为1．8％（n=9）；滴眼剂的平均同收率为101．3％，RSD为1．7％（n=9）。结论本方法灵敏，快速，影响凶素较少，可作为测定氯霉素其制剂效价的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a turbidimetric method for the content determination of Chloramphenicol in its preparation . Methods The test organism was Eschericbia coli and cultured with fresh medium （ pH 7.0）. Adjust spore suspension of Escherichia coli inoculate with a 1.2% - 1.5% （V/V） ratio , at 37℃ ± 0. 5℃ for about 4 h. Results The liner range was 2.5 - 11.5 p, omL. The average recovery of Chloramphenicol tablets was 100.7%, （RSD = 1.8%, n = 9） . The average recovery of Chloramphenicol eye drops was 101.3% , （RSD = 1.7%, n = 9） . Conclusion The method was sensitive , rapid and feasible to determine Chloramphenieol in its preparation. |
