经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后疼痛的心理干预效果

目的:探讨心理干预在经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛管理中的作用。方法:选择行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者120例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,将其随机分为心理干预组和对照组,各60例。所有患者于手术结束前20 min分别静脉给予曲马多2 mg/kg。心理干预组患者术前、术后增加心理干预,对照组仅行一般心理护理。于术后0、4、8、12、24、48 h采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)进行镇痛评分。结果:心理干预组术后各时间点VAS评分与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单纯药物预防不能有效缓解患者术后的疼痛,心理干预护理联合预防性应用镇痛药物可显著缓解患者术后疼痛。

The effect of psychological intervention on postoperative pain in patients with single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective：To evaluate the roles of psychological intervention on postoperative pain management in patients undergoing transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods：120 patients performed SPLC,ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ grade,were randomly divided into control group（n=60） and intervention group（n=60）.The patients of two groups were injected in vein tramadol 2 mg/kg.The patients in intervention group received the psychological intervention nursing before and after operation,while the patients in the control group was subjected to routine nursing.Pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS） at 0,4,8,12,24 and 48 h postoperatively.Results：The scores of VAS in the intervention group were lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological intervention nursing in postoperative pain relief is significantly better than only use drugs.
