| 摘 要： | 目的:了解精神分裂症患者亲属心理健康状况和生活质量。方法:将精神分裂症患者亲属作为研究组(n=43),普通患者亲属作为对照组(n=40),在患者入院后1周,采用症状自评量表和综合生活质量量表分别对两组进行评分并比较。结果:研究组症状自评量表总分和人际关系、焦虑、恐怖等因子分与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组综合生活质量量表总分和睡眠、精神紧张、负性情感、业余娱乐、经济状况等因子分与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者亲属心理状况较差,生活质量降低,应该受到关注。
