| 摘 要： | 目的:研究婴幼儿先天性心脏病(简称先心病)体外循环(CPB)术后呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生的相关因素及相应的护理措施。方法:将2007年6月～2010年12月306例婴幼儿先心病CPB术后肺部情况资料进行数据统计分析,总结VAP发生的相关因素及相应的护理措施。结果:引起VAP的相关因素除患儿的个体情况外,与体外循环时间(ECCT)、呼吸机辅助时间、ICU住院天数等密切相关。结论:针对CPB术后患儿的具体情况,尽量缩短手术时间,加强术后呼吸系统的监护,采取有效的护理措施是预防和治疗VAP的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss ventilator-asscciated pneumonia（VAP） related factors and nursing by cardiopulmonary bypass surgery in infant with congenital heart disease.Methods：The information on the lung after congenital heart disease surgery in 306 cases of such infants were analyzed from June 2007 to December 2010,then summarized the relevant factors and nursing methods.Results：The results showed that the factors of caused pulmonary complications not only by children patients′ individual conditions but also the ECCT,the assisted time by breathing machine and the ICU days were very important.Conclusion：After CPB in children under the specific circumstances,shortening the operative time,strengthening the postoperative respiratory monitoring and taking effective measures were the key to prevent and cure VAP. |
