| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠合并血小板减少症的围产期护理措施。方法:回顾总结32例患者的临床资料、处理方法和产前、产时、产后的护理措施。结果:32例患者阴道分娩3例,剖宫产29例。产后出血率为6.3%,无严重感染,无孕产妇及新生儿死亡。结论:加强妊娠合并血小板减少症患者的围产期护理是确保母婴平安的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the perinatal nursing measures about the puerpera with thrombocytopenia.Methods:The clinical data,treatment and prenatal,intrapartum and postnatal care measures of 32 patients were reviewed.Results:There were 3 puerpera delivery by vagina,the others were delivery by cesarean section.The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 6.3%,and there were no severe infection.All the puerpera and the newborns were good.Conclusion:Strengthening the perinatal nursing of pregnancy in patients with ... |
