| 摘 要： | 细胞遗传学研究发现子宫肉瘤可出现多种多样的染色体异常,但迄今为止还未发现具有特征性的染色体改变。本文回顾了应用细胞遗传学方法,对子宫肉瘤发病机制进行的探讨,并在此基础上对子宫肉瘤的预防、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后提供方法和数据。

| Abstract: | Various kinds of chromosome abnormity have been found in uterus sarcoma by cytogenetical studies. However, no characteristical changes of chromosome abnormities have been found yet. Cytogenetical studies on pathogenesis of uterus sarcoma were reviewed. Cytogenetical studies may provide a helpful methord to prevention, diagnosis, discriminating diagnosis and treatment for uterus sarcoma. |
