| 摘 要： | 报告1例副肿瘤性天疱疮。患者男,50岁。反复口腔黏膜糜烂,全身有皮损、瘙痒,伴淋巴结增大1个月余。依据病史、组织病理和免疫病理改变,确诊为副肿瘤性天疱疮伴慢性淋巴细胞白血病。

| Abstract: | A case of paraneoplastic pemphigus is reported. A 50-year-old man presented with recurrent oral erosion, generalized eruptions with pruritus and enlargement of lymph nodes for one month. The patient was diagnosed paraneoplastic pemphigus(PNP) complicated with chronic lymphoblastic leukemia by clinical, histological and immunopathologic findings. |
