| 摘 要： | 目的提高睾丸扭转的诊断和治疗水平。方法对12例睾丸扭转的临床资料进行总结，平均年龄13．5岁，〈20岁占83．3％，左侧占75％。结果6例患者经B超及CDFI确诊为睾丸扭转，6例误诊。8例患侧睾丸切除。结论早期诊断，及时治疗是提高疗效的关键。CDFI应作为诊断该疾病的首选检查方法。及时手术探查是提高睾丸成活率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion.Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of testivular torsion and spermatic cord torsion were summarizd and analyed.Mean age of patients was 13.5 years.With 83.3%of which occurring in patients younger than 20 years.With 75%in the left side.Results The diagnosis of testicular torsion in 6 cases was assessed on CDFI.The other 6 cases were misdiagnosis.8cases had been Undergone orchiectomy and Contra-lateral orchidopexy.Conclusion And timely treatment are key of improving the rapeutic eff ect.Color Poppler Flow Imaging(CDFI)Should be considered the Primary diagnostic approach for surotal emergencies. |
