川芎嗪对小白鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:本实验利用四氯化碳诱发小白鼠急性肝损伤模型,通过测定肝组织及血清SOD,GSH-Px和MDA,观察川芎嗪对肝损伤的保护作用,结果表明,川芎嗪能显著提高肝血清SOD GSH-Px活性,减少MDA生成量(P<0.01),说明川芎嗪有一定程度抗自由基与抗脂质过氧化作用,对四氯化碳肝损伤有显著的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the protective effects of ligustrazini on liver injury Methods: by use of the model of acute liver damage induced by CCl4, and by determining the superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the serum and liver tissue. ReSults: The results showed that compared with control group, Ligustrazini evidently increased the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and decreased the production of MDA (P<0.01) in the liver tissue and serum.
Keywords:All these suggest that ligustrazini has the effects of anti-free radical and anti-lipid peroxidetion in certain degree   and has the protective effects on the liver from damage induced by CCl_4
