| 摘 要： | 目的：通过用双氯灭痛滴眼，观察其对人工晶体表面膜的防治作用。方法：16只成年纯系新西兰白兔的32只眼，随机分为2组；双氯灭病治疗组(A组)和空白对照组(B组)。32只兔眼均行晶体囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术，术后l，3，5，7，14，2l，30d定量动态观察工人晶体表面膜的情况。结果：A组的表面膜低于B组(P＜0．05)。结论：双氯灭病滴眼能有效治疗人工晶体植入术后人工晶体表面膜。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find a reasonable method for treating and preventing fibrinous membrane after intraocular lens(IOL) implantation using diclofenac sodium topically.Methods:Thirty-two eyes of sixteen adult pure bred New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups randomly. Group A: rabbits received diclofenac sodium eyedrops; Group B: controlled.All the eyes received lens extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.The fibrinous membrane was observed after1,3,5,7,14,21 and 30 days postoperatively. Results:The fibrinous membrane in group A was less than that in group B and there were significant differences( P <0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that diclofenac sodium eyedrops can treat fibrinous membrane after IOL implantation. |
