| 摘 要： | 新制易黄丸是治疗慢性盆腔炎的经验方，临床应用取得良好效果。为了验证其药理作用，我们选用苯酚胶浆致大鼠子宫内膜炎进行实验研究，结果血液流变学包括全血比粘度，红细胞压积，血浆比粘度均有显著性改变（Ｐ〈０．０５），血清ＴＸＢ２含量升高（Ｐ〈０．０５）、６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１ａ含量下降（Ｐ〈０．０５）。提示：新制易黄丸具有改变血液流变性，改善微循环，促进炎性病灶消退的作用。

| Abstract: | The clinical application of new-made Yi huang pill got good curative effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammation.And experimental research of rats metraintimitis resulted from phenol plasmagel had been made to test its pharmacological function.The result showed that the blood rheology including whole blood viscosity,RBC clustering and plasma viscosity had marked changes(P<005),increased TxBz content in blood serum(P<005)and reduced 6-Keto-PG Fi content(P<005),which suggested that the pill can change the blood rheology,improve micro-circulation and promote the extinction of inflammatory focus. |
