| 摘 要： | 目的:研究丁香挥发油对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。方法:给小鼠一次性灌胃,观察7天内小鼠的毒性反应和死亡情况,以小鼠急性死亡率为指标,求丁香对小鼠LD50和LD50的95%的可信限。结果:丁香挥发油的LD50为5.5233g挥发油/kg(相当于原生药材的LD50为43.5935g生药/kg)。结论:丁香具有一定的毒性,在进行药用开发时应考虑其安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the half-lethaldose(LD50)of the Chinese crude drug Flos Caryophyll aetherolea in mice.Methods:The drug was given to mice intragastrically(ig.)only once.The toxic reaction and death of mice 7 days after ig.administration were obsened,and the LD50 and 95% confidence interval of the drug was measured with acute mortality rate as index.Results:The LD50 of Flos Caryophyll aetherolea was 5.5233g aetherolea drug/kg(It is equivalent to the LD50 of medicinal herbs was 43.5935g crude drug / kg... |
