| 摘 要： | 目的：检测化疗后肺鳞癌组织中细胞胀亡和凋亡情况。方法：收集16例接受术前新辅助化疗的手术切除肺鳞癌标本,利用透射电镜、TUNEL及免疫组织化学技术检测其中胀亡、凋亡细胞及微血管密度(MVD)测定,并与8例非化疗者进行对照分析。结果：化疗组肺癌组织内胀亡细胞及凋亡细胞均明显多于非化疗组,MVD则明显缺乏。化疗组中MVD高表达者OI低于低表达者,而AI则高于低表达者。结论：肺鳞癌的辅助化疗可诱导肿瘤细胞发生胀亡和凋亡。 |

Detection of oncosis and apoptosis in pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma tissue after preoperative chemical therapy |

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore if chemotherapy (CH) induces oncosis and/or apoptosis in pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: By using transmission electron microscope, TUNEL, and immunohistochemical technique, oncosis, apoptosis, and microvessel density (MVD) in 16 cases of pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma, which had chemotherapy before surgery were studied. Results: More oncosis and apoptosis cells were observed in the group receiving CH than those without, but MVD was lower in the previous group. Apoptosis index (AI) was higher while oncosis index (OI) was lower in MVD high-expressed group than those in MVD low-expressed group. Conclusion: CH may induce oncosis and apoptosis in pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma. |
