| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者血清基质金属蛋白酶－2（MMP－2）的表达与不稳定斑块的内在联系。方法：应用酶图（SDS－PAGE zymograph)和Western blotting的方法检测20例AMI患者发病后第1、3、7天血清中MMP－2的水平。结果：与对照组相比，AMI患者发病后的第1天血清MMP－2的表达2倍增高（P＜0．001），在发病后第3、7天血清中仍保持高水平MMP－2的表达，但与发病第1天相比差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。结论：血清MMP－2在急性心肌梗死患者中明显增高，进一步证实了不稳定的斑块破裂而导致AMI与MMP－2的内在联系。 |

Serum levels of matrix metalloproteases-2 are elevated in acute myocardial infarction |

| Abstract: | Objective This study was to investigate the association between serum levles of matrix metalloproteases 2(MMP 2)and unstable plaques in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods Using SDS-PAGE enzymograph and Western blotting,serum MMP 2 were measured in 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction after 1,3 and 7 days.Results Serum MMP 2 in patients with AMI on day 1 was two times greater than that in control subject( P <0 001);day 3 and day 7 they still showed high MMP 2 levels but P >0 05.Conclusion Serum MMP 2 levels were high in patientswith AMI.This finding suggests association between MMP 2 and unstable plaques in AMI. |
