| 摘 要： | 双盲对照对39例内源性抑郁进行4周观察,目的在于研究低剂量舒必剂对内源性抑郁的疗效。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应(TESS)量表评定。结果发现舒必利组与阿米替林组相比HAMD因子分减分量在第2周、第4周末无差异;TESS量表植物神经系副反应较少。本文认为低剂量舒必利与阿米替林近期抗抑郁作用相同。

| Abstract: | Four week's observing on 39 major depressions by Double - blind Case Control Study aimed at the effects of sulpiride. All the patients were surveyed by Hamilton Depressive Scale(HAMD)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Seal (TESS) at 10 A.M. at the end of the second and the fourth week respective . There was no significantly difference between the two group on HAMD . This suggested that major depression can be cured by lower dose sulpiride. |
