摘    要:目的:研究葡萄籽原花青素对凝血指标和血小板功能的影响。方法:采用手术结扎法引起大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成,测定血栓重量;用二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、胶原(COL)、花生四烯酸(AA)诱导家兔血小板聚集,测定血小板聚集率;并观察原花青素对家兔激活的部分凝血活酶时间(APIXP)、凝血活酶时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原(FBG)的影响。结果:原花青素能显著抑制大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成,并能明显抑制ADP诱导的家兔血小板聚集,对COL和AA诱导的血小板聚集抑制作用较弱。原花青素对家兔APTF、PT、TT和FBG无显著影响。结论:原花青素具有抑制血栓形成和抗血小板聚集的作用,对凝血指标无明显影响。

Effect of Procyanidins from grape seeds on the blood coagulation index and platelet function
Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Procyanidins from grape seeds on the blood coagulation index and platelet function. Method: Experimental rat's thrombosis was induced by method of ligature of the inferior vena cava. The effect of Procyanidins were oh- served on rabbit platelet aggregation induced by ADP, COL and prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thrombop lastin time (APTT), and the content of fibrinogen (FGB) were measured too. Results Procyanidins had inhibitory effects on experimental rat's thrombosis and ADP induced rabbit platelet aggregation. And its effect on COL and AA induced platelet aggregation was weak. It had no effect on APTT, PT and TT. Conclusion : Procyanidins has an effect on the antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombosis. It bad no effect on APTT, PT and TT.
