| 摘 要： | 目的观察东菱迪芙(DF-521)对突发性耳聋的临床疗效;方法 60例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组.试验组(DF-521组)静脉点滴东菱迪芙首次1OBU,隔日给5BU,连用4次一个疗程;对照组静滴葛根素400mg,每日1次,10天一个疗程.结果试验组:总有效率80%.对照组:总有效率73.3%.两组之间有显著差异(P＜O.01).两组之间治疗后血流变学和纤维蛋白原有显著差异(P＜O.01).结论东菱迪芙治疗突发性耳聋是一种比较理想的药物.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficiency of Batroxobin (DF-521) in sudden deafness. Methods 60 cases (64 ears) with sudden deafness were divided into 2 groups randomly. The DF-521 group received Batroxobin 10BU at the first time and 5BU every other day by intravenous drip. One course consisted of 4 times. The control group received Puerarin 400mg every day for 10 times by intravenous drip. Results The effective rate of DF-521 group and control group were 80% and 73.3%, respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.01). Hemorheology and fibrinogen were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01) after treatment. Conclusion DF-521 is effective in treating sudden deafness. |
