微流控芯片电泳在尿蛋白分离中的应用

摘    要:目的:将微流控芯片电泳用于临床尿蛋白分离的验证试验,评价其在临床上的应用价值。方法:用微流控芯片电泳对30例尿蛋白定性试验为阴性的对照组和70例尿蛋白定性在 以上的病例组进行检测,以白球蛋白的峰面积比值判断蛋白尿的选择性,并与美国Helena琼脂糖凝胶电泳结果比较。结果:30例对照组未检出蛋白峰,70例病例组除2例外均检出蛋白峰,其中选择性蛋白尿16例,非选择性蛋白尿50例,溢出性蛋白尿2例,与美国Helena琼脂糖凝胶电泳结果100%相符,与临床诊断符合率为97.14%。结论:该法用于临床尿蛋白分离的验证试验,效果很好,适于在中小医院普遍推广。

Abstract:Objective: Micro fluidic chip electrophoresis was used for verifying test of separating clinical urine proteins and was evaluated in clinic. Methods:Thirty urine samples whose qualitative tests of urinary proteins were negative and seventy urine samples whose qualitative tests of urinary proteins were more than were detected and the selectivity of proteinuria was judged by peak area ratio of albumin and globulin. The results were compared with American Helena agarose gel electrophoresis. Results:No protein peak was detected in thirty urine samples of the control gruop, but protein peaks were detected in seventy urine samples of the case group with the exception of two and among them 16 were selective proteinuria, 50 were nonselective proteinuria and 2 were overflow proteinuria. This assay achieved the same result as American Helena agarose gel electrophoresis and its accord rate in clinic was 97.14%. Conclusion: This technology used for verifying test of separating clinical urine proteins is very good. It provides strong proof for diagnosing and curing the clinical diseases. It is valuable to widely popularize this method to separate proteinuria in middle and small hospitals.
