下咽及颈段食管癌的诊治（附20例报告）

下咽及颈段食管癌２０例，其中１０例行放射治疗，１０例手术切除加放射治疗．修复颈部组织缺损方法：采用颈部大块肌皮瓣移植１例，胸大肌肌皮瓣移植２例，游离空肠移植１例，咽胃吻合术２例，多数一期愈合．晚期下咽颈段食管癌并有颈淋巴结转移者，无论采用单纯放疗或手术加放疗，存活时间均未超过２年．提出要延长患者生存时间，主要在于早期诊断早期治疗．

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer of the Hypopharynx and Cerrical Part of the Esophagus

Twenty cases with cancer of the hypopharynx and cervical part of the esophagus were deported. Ten cases of them were treated with radiotherapy, other ten cases were treated by operation and then radiotherapy. Methods of reconstruct ion or repair of cervical surgical defects: suturing remainder mucosa for four cases,transplant lug cervical massive musculocutaneous flap for one case, transplanting musculocutaneous flap of greater pectoral muscle for two cases, using free jejunal graft for one case, usiug pharyngogastric anastomas is for two cases, most cases at healed one-stage. For cases of cancer of the hypoharynx and cervical part of the esophagus at advanced s tage with metastas is to cervical lymphoglandulae, the survival time was not more than two years, whether us lug single radiotherapy or operat ion plus radiotherapy. The authors advance that the chief problem be early diagnosis and early treatment for prolong the survival of patients.
