| 摘 要： | 通过对武汉市中老年干部的群体进行牙体病、牙周病、牙齿缺失等流行情况及治疗情况进行普查，发现龋患率４８．６３％，龋齿治疗率为４２．８８％；楔缺率５５．７０％，楔缺治疗率２９．５４％；牙结石率为６９．０１％，牙龈萎缩率为７０．３４％，牙松动率为３０．６１％。缺牙率为６３．４７％，人均缺牙４．６０颗，而缺牙修复率为５２．９９％。认为加强中老年人口腔卫生保健教育，是提高口腔疾病治疗率的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Through survey of prevalent and treatment condition of dental body diseases, periodontal diseases and loss of teeth in middle aged and old leaders of Wuhan, it shown that 48.63% of people have dental caries; 42.88% have treatment for dental caries, 55.70% have wedge shaped defed, and 29.54% have treatment for it ; 69.01% have dental calculus; 70.34% have gingival atrophy, 30.61% have loose teeth, 63.47% have lost teeth, average number of loss teeth are 4.60, 52.99% have repaired teeth. It indicated that strengthen the education of oral hygiene to old people is an important link to improve cure rate of oral diseases. |
