| 摘 要： | 本文测定切除胃癌20例癌组织cAMP含量明显低于其切断端非癌胃粘膜cAMP含量,差异显著(P>0.05)。健康成人27例血浆中cAMP含量21.84nmol/L,胃癌患者21例血浆cAMP 8.24nmol/L,差异非常显著。(P<0.01),cAMP含量与胃癌恶性程度呈负相关关系。提示胃癌的发生与cAMP降低有内在联系,检测血浆中cAMP含量可估计胃癌的恶性程度和预后。

| Abstract: | This paper reported that cAMP content in gastric cancer tissues of 20 cases was obviously lower than that of noncancerous mucosal tissues at the resected margin, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cAMP content was 21.84 nmol/L in 21 cases of healtgy adults but it was only 8.24 nmol/L in 21 cases with gastric cancer, the difference was very signifivant statistically (P<0.01). An inverse relationship appeared when cAMP content was compared with the malignant degree of gastric cancer. It suggested that there was a certain internal relationship between the decrease of cAMP content and the cocurrence of gastric cancer. However, the prognosis and malignant degree of gastric cancer could be estimated through measurement of cAMP content in serum. |
