早期胃底贲门癌X线检查漏诊原因分析

目的探讨早期胃底贲门癌在X线检查中漏诊原因，提高诊断准确性。方法回顾分析山东省单县东大医院5a来在X线检查中漏诊的早期胃底贲门癌35例患者资料，所有患者均经病理证实。结果35例漏诊患者多属早期，其X线征象不典型，所有患者都是在初次X线上消化道造影检查时未发现异常，后经胃镜检查发现胃底贲门区病变，行病理证实为早期胃底贲门癌。结论为减少早期胃底贲门癌漏诊的发生，我们应全面掌握X线上消化道造影的原理和方法，造影的步骤和操作方法等方面注意细节；密切结合临床；应用多种检查手段，这样才能减少漏诊，提高阳性率。
