| 摘 要： | 一氧化氮(NO)是调节心血管系统功能的重要细胞信使分子。NO的抗血小板、调节血管张力等功能在心血管疾病,如冠心病、心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成等的发生发展中起着重要作用。NO通过对内皮细胞及微环境的作用来实现对血管的保护作用。一氧化氮合酶的活性及基因多态性的改变都影响着心血管疾病的发生、发展。
