放射性肺损伤研究现状

摘    要:放射性肺损伤是临床上胸部肿瘤放射治疗及意外核辐射事故的一种常见并发症。临床上一般表现为早期的急性放射性肺炎和后期的放射性肺纤维化两个阶段。放射性肺损伤限制了胸部肿瘤放射治疗剂量的增加,并且国内外尚无理想的预防和治疗的措施,严重影响患者的生活质量甚至危及生命。本文就此综述了近几年放射性肺损伤在实验模型的建立、机制的探讨、预防和治疗等方面的研究进展。

Progress of Radiation-induced Lung Injury

Abstract:Radiation-induced lung injury is a common complication of thoracic radiotherapy and unexpected nuclear radiation. It has two clinical stages, one is radiation pneumonitis, and the other one is radiation pulmonary fibrosis. Radiation-induced lung injury restrict the increase of radiation does, and currently were no specific effective prevention and treatment methods. This article summarized the establishment of irradiation-induced lung injury model in vitro and vivo, investigation of the mechanism and prevention and therapeutic measures these years.
