一氧化氮与口腔黏膜癌前病变的相关性研究

目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)在口腔黏膜癌变过程中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法对10例人口腔鳞状细胞癌、10例上皮单纯增生、50例上皮异常增生及10例正常口腔黏膜标本中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达。结果口腔鳞状细胞癌组中有8例iNOS表达阳性(80%),与正常黏膜组及单纯上皮增生组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);上皮异常增生组中有38例iNOS表达阳性(76%),与正常黏膜组及单纯上皮增生组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);而上皮异常增生组与口腔鳞状细胞癌组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论由iNOS诱导产生的NO可能在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用。

Relationship Between Nitric Oxide and Oral Precancerous Lesion

Objective To study significance of NO during carcinogenesis of human oral mucosa.Methods The expression of iNOS was detected using immunohistochemical method in 10 cases of human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),10 cases of simple hyperplasia, 50 cases of dysplasia and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa. Results The positive expression of iNOS was detected in 8 cases of OSCC(80%). There was singnificant difference between OSCC and normal oral mucosa groups and between OSCC and simple hyperplasia groups (P<0.01), The positive expression of iNOS was detected in 38 cases of dysplasia (76%).There was singnificant difference between dysplasia and normal oral mucosa groups, and between dysplasia and simple hyperplasia groups (P<0.01).No singnificant iNOS staining was found between dysplasia and OSCC groups(P>0.05). Conclusions NO whith induced by iNOS may plan an important role in the develoment of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
