上消化道同时性多原发癌的X线诊断

目的探讨上消化道同时性多原发癌的X线表现，分析X线对本病的诊断价值。方法对8例上消化道同时性多原发癌进行低张气钡双对比造影观察。结果8例患者中，食管-食管型3例，食管-胃型3例，胃-胃型2例，X线主要表现为食管和胃的不规则龛影，黏膜中断、破坏、管腔狭窄、钡剂通过受阻。结论X线气钡双对比造影是诊断上消化道同时性多原发癌的重要手段。

X-ray Diagnosis of Simultaneous Multiple Primary Carcinoma in Upper Gastrointestinal Tract

Objective To analyze the X - ray features of simultaneous muhiple primary carcinoma in upper gastrointestinal tract, to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods We examined 8 patients with simultaneous multiple primary carcinoma in upper gastrointestinal tract, and analyzed their X - ray findings. Results We found three types in 8 cases. There were irregular niche, interrupted mucosa, luminal stenosis and hindered barium passing in X - ray imagings. Conclusion X - ray imagings are great value for the diagnosis of simultaneous multiple primary carcinoma in upper gastrointestinal tract.
