| 摘 要： | 病历质控是医院质量管理的重点。随着电子病历的普及和深入，相关质控问题随机出现。通过建立科室质控小组制度，完善”三级一委”的质量监控质控体系，使得病历质控工作取得了很好的成效。在此基础上，进一步发挥科室质控小组的作用，不断优化医院质量管理工作，提高管理效能。

| Abstract: | Quality control of medical records is the focus of hospital quality management. With the popularity of electronic medical records, related quality control issues occurred randomly. Through establishment of quality control group in department, improvement of the ＂three -level and one -committee＂ quality control system, quality control of medical records has made very good results. On this basis, the role of quality control group is further arisen to optimize the hospital quality management and improve management efficiency. |
