情景剧表演教学在护士礼仪培训中的应用

摘    要:目的探索情景剧表演教学在护士礼仪培训中的应用。方法对160名护士采用理论授课与情景剧表演相结合的形式进行礼仪培训教学,教学结束后以问卷调查方式了解患者对护士礼仪的满意度及护理人员对教学效果的评价。结果98.75%的护士认为情景剧表演教学的授课方式可激发护士的学习兴趣。87.50%-90.63%的护士认为加深了其对礼仪知识的理解,活跃了课堂气氛;培训后患者对护士的仪表、举止、语言、行为的满意度显著优于培训前(P〈0.01)。结论情景剧表演教学有利于护士职业情感的培养,提高患者满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching application of scene action to nurse manner training. Method The nurse manner training for 160 nurses was undertook through lectures and scene action. The teaching outcome was evaluated with a questionnaire,which was completed by the nurses having received training. Results 98.75% nurses reported that the scene action teaching could attract learning interest. 87.50% -90.63% nurses reported that nurse manner nature was deeply comprehended. The class circumstance was active. After the training, the patients felt more satisfied with nurse appearances, manners,languages and behaviors than those happened before the training ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The scene action teaching is favorable for cultivating career emotion of nurses and can increase patients' satisfaction.
